• Chair of Oppenheimer's Labor & Employment Practice Group
• Employment law counselor and litigator with more than 25 years of experience representing employers in state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration
• Provides day-to-day counseling and serves as lead counsel in state and federal court litigation matters involving the actual and threatened misappropriation of corporate assets including trade secrets, confidential information, financial assets, property, and talent
• Provides day-to-day counseling on various employment matters including executive agreements and  terminations, large-scale reductions in force, non-compete issues, and high profile EEOC matters
• Conducts internal investigations involving suspected employee misconduct including harassment, discrimination, embezzlement, conflict of interest, corruption, and fraud
  

Representative Experience 

• Lead counsel in more than 20 court and jury cases tried to a conclusion in state and federal district courts
• Lead counsel in more than 100 district court employment cases 
• Handled over 20 appeals in state and federal appellate courts
• Over 100 appearances before state and federal fair employment practice and other administrative agencies 
• Negotiated/drafted 500 employment contracts, severance agreements, confidential information, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
