The conversation surrounding the coronavirus pandemic is shifting toward “what will the future look like.” Yet, the realities of safer-at-home orders and the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing threat of the virus continue to be a factor in our everyday lives. So, as we look to the future and consider today’s realities, the health and well-being of our associates and our clients is what matters most.
Since the onset of the pandemic, we have been taking proactive and prudent actions based on our established continuity and pandemic plans; guidance from federal, state, and local respected health organizations, school systems, and in alignment with our ongoing preparedness. We will do everything possible to ensure continuity of service and reliable, responsive support, as well as to help safeguard the health and wellness of our associates and clients.
A core team of company leaders was assembled to guide our actions and to lead the Firm during this crisis. We will keep refining and improving our operations, and the ability to respond to concerns about the state of global markets. Additionally, the response team continues to assess information from Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as that of local health and governmental authorities. We make every effort to ensure our policies and procedures meet or exceed recommended guidelines.
We have a strong infrastructure for business continuity.
Our technology allows for employees to seamlessly service our clients, with the ability to work remotely, to avoid a disruption of service to our business. We have also established locations which allow for the full functionality of trading, operations, and support to our clients’ accounts.
