At Oppenheimer's Disruption Innovation Conference last week, there were many examples of new disruptive applications and new unique collaboration services enabled by Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud-based technologies.
The most impactful use-case is bringing the nearly 1.7 billion people around the world, who are currently unbanked, into the financial system. Oppenheimer Analysts believe that blockchain can help transact assets quicker, safer, and at less cost over time. Additionally, as assets become digital, it's easier to embed features like compliance, governance, and data tracking.
