The Palumbo Group's Generous Pizza Party Keeps on Giving

As part of their Summer of Gratitude, the Palumbo Group has found a meaningful and delicious way to spread positivity and give back to the St. Louis community during these extraordinarily challenging times. They have teamed up with Katie’s Pizza and Pasta, a local, independently owned and operated restaurant in St. Louis, to help donate pizzas to food banks in the St. Louis community through the St. Patrick’s Center. The Palumbo group decided to partner with Katie’s Pizza & Pasta, not only because they share in the generosity of giving back to the community, they are also a generational, mother-daughter company, similar to how the Palumbo Group is a mother-son team.

Through this team effort, the Palumbo Group were able to surprise their clients, prospects, and associates with a total of 550 pizzas, and then donated another 550 pizzas to the less fortunate. They hoped to demonstrate that they can be there for one another in seemingly isolating times. In the first two weeks alone, the Group had proudly delivered 100 pizzas.

The pizzas have not only provided meals to people in need, but have also been an integral part of family dinners and game nights. This surprise has helped renew energy in families and friends, helping to establish many more meaningful relationships.

We are extremely proud of the generosity and gratitude that the Palumbo Group has shown to their community and this small business in these unprecedented times. With their efforts, they have been able to support Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Restaurant to keep 100 of their employees working, feed the hungry, and put countless smiles on people’s faces, while continuing to strengthen their relationships with their clients. If you’re inspired by the Palumbo Group’s Summer of Gratitude, continue to pay it forward and give back to your community.
