Oppenheimer Europe Admitted to Euronext

Oppenheimer has become a Euronext (European New Exchange Technology) Securities Member Listing Agent. Euronext is the largest stock exchange in Europe and sixth largest worldwide, operating in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, and Paris. This new relationship further underscores the successful growth strategy of Oppenheimer’s advisory and capital markets practice in Europe.

As a Listing Agent, Oppenheimer will work with issuers to list securities on the market by preparing the listing application, ensuring the approval of listing documents, and serving as the intermediary between Euronext and the issuer. The firm has already been able to lead a Euronext transaction by acting as sole placement agent for the private placement of Dutch biopharmaceuticals company Kiadis Pharma in April 2020.
