Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as co-placement agent for Capitol Investment Corp. V’s (NYSE: CAP) PIPE for the business combination with Doma, the leading disrupter of real estate transactions. Proceeds from the $300 million PIPE will be used to fund the pending $3 billion business combination with Doma.
Capitol Investment Corp. V (“Capitol”) is a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC.
