Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Acted as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Concert Group Holdings, Inc., a Newly Formed Insurance Fronting Carrier
Concert Group Holdings, Inc. (Concert) was founded by insurance industry veterans, Brady Young, CEO and founder of Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc., a leading independent global full-service insurance manager; Wes Duesenberg, Jr., CEO of Southern Insurance Underwriters, a Managing General Agent; and Christopher Collins, CEO/founder of Corinthian Re, a collateralized reinsurer. The founders signed an agreement to raise capital for Concert from Century Equity Partners and WT Holdings, Inc. Concert will provide access to the U.S. insurance markets for both traditional products and alternative risk transfer structures.
