Ashwin Pathare is a Financial Advisor in the Seattle, WA office of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.

By providing clients with access to comprehensive investment advice and a suite of modern wealth management services and solutions, he strives to simplify their lives and lower their stress in financial matters.

Through planning, education, information, and service, he helps clients to feel more confident about managing their wealth and meeting their financial goals.

His process begins with a goal-based system. Understanding a client's risk tolerance and aligning their expectations is the key to his process. On an annual basis, he will review clients' financial plans and look for opportunities to minimize their risk while working towards their goals.

His early background is in product management and marketing in the transportation and property & casualty insurance industries. He has worked at United Parcel Service, Nationwide Insurance, Safeco Insurance, and PEMCO Insurance. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, he was a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.

He is an alumnus of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and has an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Ashwin grew up in New York City, and has lived in Atlanta, GA, Columbus OH, and Annapolis, MD. Since 2006, he has made his home in Seattle and Bellevue. He is a big fan of the Seahawks and the rejuvenated Mariners. He also enjoys local Washington wine and Pacific Northwest summers.
