Joseph “Joe” Notarfrancesco is an Executive Director – Investments in the Jericho, Long Island offi ce of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He provides wealth management services to individuals, families, businesses, and institutions.

Joe has extensive experience serving both institutional and private clients. He offers a broad range of services, including institutional retirement consulting, executive compensation strategies, and sophisticated private wealth management for high-net-worth individuals. His practice is built on three pillars: helping to protect what clients have earned, simplifying their financial lives, and creating strategies for long-term growth.

His approach begins with understanding each client’s unique goals and priorities. Joe works closely with clients’ existing professionals—including attorneys, accountants, and other advisors, to help ensure every aspect of their financial life is integrated and strategically aligned. 

Outside the office, Joe enjoys time with his wife and daughters. He can also be found on the golf course, doing his best to stay out of the sand.
