With over 35 years of experience in comprehensive financial services, Mark has built a career dedicated to helping successful individuals and families grow, protect, and transfer their wealth. His expertise spans portfolio risk management, income planning, and multigenerational wealth transfer, ensuring that each client’s financial strategy is tailored to their unique goals and evolving needs.
Before joining Oppenheimer in 2018, Mark held leadership and advisory roles at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, and Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., where he served as both a branch manager and regional director. He holds Series 7, 8, 66, and Life and Annuities licenses and earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami. In 2010, he obtained the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. As a designated Portfolio Manager through Oppenheimer’s Omega Portfolio Management advisory platform, Mark offers a sophisticated, tailored approach to investment management.
Based in Palm Beach County, Mark is a dedicated father of three. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys spending time on the water with his family, including diving and fishing. He is also an active member and past lodge president of the Masonic Fraternity, contributing to community-driven initiatives such as youth programs and scholarships.

Kevin spent his high school years in San Diego, California—a vibrant Navy town with a diverse and transient population. He was an avid competitive swimmer and enjoyed the social atmosphere surrounding athletics.
For college, Kevin returned to Minnesota to attend St. John’s University in Collegeville, where he studied investments under the guidance of the university’s treasurer. His studies took place during one of the worst economic downturns in modern history, reinforcing the importance of patient, long-term investment in high-quality, productive assets.
After graduating, Kevin moved to South Florida, where his parents had relocated. He began his career in sales of industrial technology products, gaining firsthand experience in both the benefits and challenges of improving productivity through innovation. However, his passion for investments led him to transition into the financial industry.
Kevin started his investment career at Shearson American Express, then the second-largest investment firm in the country. He later moved his practice to Smith Barney, which was led at the time by the former founders of Shearson. Over a long and successful career with Smith Barney and its successor firms, Kevin built lasting relationships with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of investing.
Now, Kevin has chosen to continue his career at a new firm, where he remains committed to providing

Alysia Battaglia is a Client Service Associate for Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. She is a dedicated, experienced professional, whose priority is to meet the needs of her team’s clients. She understands clients, is a caring person, and has comprehensive expertise in customer service.
Alysia brings to her position a well-established background in many facets of client service, and understands that personalized service is essential to each client relationship, and matched to specific client needs and circumstances.
Throughout her 30 year career in the financial services industry, she has also worked as a Complex Administrative Assistant, working side by side with management teams in offices with over 80 staff and financial advisors, developing long lasting relationships and loyalty. Alysia’s many years of experience has given her the deep knowledge to fully understand the financial services business, and in kind, communicate concisely and effectively with clients.
In her personal time, she volunteers with children at a community church. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
