Need help logging in or navigating the Client Access platform?

Here are some useful tips:

Client Agreement

Before using our online services, you'll need to agree to our Client Access agreement. This document outlines our services and important legal information. You'll agree to this when you first use our site. If you have any questions or need more details on the agreement, reach out to your Oppenheimer Financial Professional.

Troubleshooting Login & Password Issues

  • If you don't have a username or password, contact your Oppenheimer Financial Professional. They'll set you up for online access.
  • If your username or password isn't working:
    • First, double-check for typos.
    • Make sure Caps Lock isn't on because passwords are case-sensitive.
    • If you haven't logged in for a year, your access might be disabled for security. Try logging in again.
  • If you're still stuck, you can reset your password. Just provide your username and associated email address. We'll send you a link to reset it.
  • After five failed login attempts, you'll be locked out for 10 minutes. Use the "Forgot Password?" feature to reset it.

    Remember My Username

    You can have your username remembered by your computer to make future logins easier. Just check the box next to "Remember My Username." For security reasons, do not use this feature on public computers.

    System Requirements

    To ensure everything runs smoothly, make sure you're using a supported browser and have the necessary features enabled. We support the latest versions of browsers like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc. Unsupported browser versions or outdated operating systems might cause issues.
