Client Agreement

Our online Client Access agreement is an important document that outlines the services we offer as well as legal information about the site and its use. This agreement is a standard document that most online services are required to use today. Users of the site are required to agree to this document the first time they use the site. Login & Password Problems: Troubleshooting

If you wish to see your accounts online, but do not have a user name and password:

Please contact your Oppenheimer Financial Professional. He or she can enroll you for the online service so you can access your account information on this site.

If your user name, password or both are not working, which has caused a lockout of the system or simply that you cannot login, then this may be due to one of three causes.

First, you may simply have mistyped either your user name or password. Try again. Second, check to make certain that you have not engaged your keyboard's Caps Lock key. Our passwords are case sensitive. Finally, if you do not login at least once in a given calendar year, access to the Client Access is disabled for security reasons. Be mindful of these possibilities and try again. If you still cannot log into the site, you can choose to reset your password.

You will need to provide your User Name and the email address associated with your Client Access login. All information must be valid in order for us to reset your password. We will email you a temporary password reset link that will allow you to update your password.

If your user name and password don't work and you've tried them repeatedly, you will be locked out of the site as a security procedure. Five incorrect login attempts in a row will lock you out of the system for 10 minutes. Please login using your correct password, or if you have forgotten your password use the Forgot Password? feature on the login page to reset your password.

If you still cannot get into the system, please call Client Help at 866-809-OPCO (6726), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. Usernames and passwords may only be reset by your Financial Professional. If you do not have your Financial Professional's contact information, Client Help can provide this information to you, as well.

Remember My User Name

The site allows you to have your User Name remembered by your computer so the next time you try to log in to the site, you only have to type your password and click "Login".

To enable this feature, simply enter your User Name and Password and click the "check box" next to "Remember My User Name. To disable this feature, simply enter your password and click the "check box" next to "Remember My User Name" to deselect the check box and click "Login".

If the feature to remember your User Name is not available, please make sure your browser is configured to accept 3rd party cookies.

*Important - Never use this feature on a public computer.

System Requirements

If you are experiencing display errors or the site does not operate correctly, it is possible you are using an outdated or unsupported browser or have disabled certain browser features. Client Access requires Javascript enabled, cookies enabled and a broadband internet connection. Some features and functions may not work correctly with unsupported browser versions. We currently support only the latest versions of the following desktop browsers.*

Windows 7.0 or higher

Mac OS Mojave (version 10.14 and higher)

*Beta or development versions of browsers are not supported. 3rd party browser extensions are not supported.
