Jay Spieler is a Miami native with a career spanning 42 years, the last 28 with Oppenheimer & Co. As a Managing Director-Investments, he represents investors throughout the United States as well as overseas. His greatest satisfaction is in serving multiple generations within a family to accomplish far-reaching financial goals. Jay is deeply committed to community service and has served on various local boards, including Beth David Congregation where he was president. An organ donor, he advocates for it and promotes awareness of its urgent need. With his wife Lucie, he has raised three young men and been blessed with three grandkids. His interests include opera, sports, reading, and travel.

Tim grew up in Athens, Georgia. He has lived in Parkland, Florida for the past 28 years, where he and his wife, Teresa, raised three children. Formerly on the board of Catholic Charities of Broward County, he’s long been active in various ministries. Currently he is a parish catechist, helping teens prepare for confirmation. Tim has run 20 marathon races and many more half-marathons. Running has influenced his investment philosophy: steadiness, endurance, and focus are core values for success in both endeavors. His work has run the scope of financial vehicles from insurance, managed money, and individualized portfolio design

Sebastian Iturriaga is a Registered Client Service Associate with four years of service to clients both domestic and international. An integral part of The Marathon Group’s success, his priorities are customer satisfaction in all operational matters as well as the implementation of investment strategies. Fluently bilingual (English & Spanish) and meticulous in detail, he has risen rapidly within the firm. Sebastian’s community service includes years of volunteer work with F.A.I.T.H., feeding and inspiring the homeless. He loves travel, sports, and all sorts of outdoor activities.

Nancy Weatherford is a registered Client Service Associate with 35+ years’ experience in the industry, 21 of those years with Oppenheimer & Co. Well versed in many areas of the industry, she was formerly an institutional trader for overseas pension funds as well as an Operations Manager before rejoining Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2012. Nancy offers collaborative and adaptive skills to work seamlessly with team members in a fast-paced environment to drive the attainment of collective goals. She enjoys travel and spending time with her family.
