Maurice G. Stuffmann is a managing director with Oppenheimer Asset Management. He joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at J.P. Morgan for four years. He has broad experience in the securities business including retail and institutional sales, branch management and he was the president of an investment advisory firm. He specializes in the development of disciplined option strategies for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and corporate accounts. Mr. Stuffmann became a registered options principal when the Chicago Board Options Exchange opened in 1973. He continues to develop disciplined options strategies to help enhance returns on portfolios with various securities. He attended California State University and UCLA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in finance.

J. Keith Fletcher is a managing director with Oppenheimer Asset Management and portfolio manager on the Portfolio Enhancement Program team. Upon joining OAM in 2005, he worked as an associate portfolio manager with the large-cap core and mid-cap core quantitative equity portfolio management team. He transitioned to PEP in January 2007, where he currently provides strategic management, analytical and marketing support. Prior to Oppenheimer, he gained valuable experience in investment banking and on the equities trading floor in Merrill Lynch's London office. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Texas Tech University.

SENIOR DIRECTOR-INVESTMENTS
Andrew S. Losty, the newest member of the Portfolio Enhancement Program team, is a strategist and trader. He joined the team in December 2014 and brings a tactical approach to risk management, which was developed over a decade of equity and Index options trading on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange and Chicago Board Options Exchange trading floors. Mr. Losty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Georgetown University.
