Kevin Salk is a Southern California-based financial advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations, executives, business owners, and families navigate complex financial decisions. He specializes in corporate retirement plans, executive financial planning, and wealth management for significant shareholders and multi-generational families.

As a member of The Seven Summits Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Kevin delivers integrated retirement plan consulting, executive advisory services, and wealth management solutions through a collaborative, team-based approach backed by specialized expertise and resources from the firm and various other professional associations.

Kevin advises corporate leaders, executives, and significant shareholders on executive compensation and equity-based wealth strategies, including restricted stock, RSUs, ISOs, NQSOs, concentrated stock positions, and Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. He helps clients address tax efficiency, diversification, liquidity planning, and long-term wealth preservation.

As a CPFA® (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor), Kevin brings precise expertise in qualified retirement plans, fiduciary governance, and retirement plan best practices. Kevin is a recognized photographer and is known for his work documenting the early 1980s punk scene in Los Angeles. He is also an avid writer.

He lives in Manhattan Beach, California, with his partner, Elizabeth, and their pug, Whiskey, and is the proud father of two daughters, graduates of Auburn University and the University of California, Berkeley.

Sean brings a wealth of experience in financial advisory and wealth management, having started his career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management before joining Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2012. At Oppenheimer, Sean focuses in creating personalized investment strategies for high net worth families. He also advises both public and private companies on their corporate retirement plan benefits, working closely with investment committees to optimize their plans.

A significant part of Sean's role involves providing financial education and guidance to plan participants, including corporate executives and employees, to help them manage their individual and family wealth effectively. He also assists companies with customized cash management solutions and facilitates connections to Oppenheimer's investment banking services for capital raising and financing needs.

Sean's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was a Division 1 college golfer for the Gauchos. His academic foundation is complemented by professional licenses including the General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series 66), as well as Life and Health Agent licenses in California.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Sean enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and daughter. He actively engages in Los Angeles' entrepreneurial community and shares a passion for golf.
