Dan is an Executive Director of Investments in the Stamford, CT office. As head of The Goggin Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Dan brings more than 35 years of financial market and investment experience to the team. He leads the group in aligning each client’s goals, values, and needs with holistic financial planning and the thoughtful design of investment and insurance strategies. The team works closely with the Consulting Group of Oppenheimer Asset Management Inc. to deliver comprehensive, research-driven solutions.

Dan is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Community involvement is central to Dan and his wife, Sheila, a licensed real estate broker. Married for 37 years with four children, they are deeply engaged in local organizations. Dan has coached youth sports for more than three decades and remains active with the YMCA and Greenwich Youth Lacrosse. He has served on several boards connected to his family’s activities and is a career mentor for the Dartmouth College hockey program.

Buck is a Financial Advisor in the Stamford, CT office of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Before joining his father to form The Goggin Group, Buck spent nine years at Citi within the Capital Markets and Corporate Banking divisions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, where he was also a varsity member of the Heavyweight Rowing Team.

Buck and his wife, Kate, an Emergency Room physician, live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. They are avid endurance athletes and can often be found training in Central Park for upcoming marathons and 70.3 Half-Ironman races. Both are committed to community service and volunteer with Row New York, where Buck serves as Co-President of the Associate Board and Kate is Co-Chair of the Events Committee.

Buck is also an active member of the New York Athletic Club, serving on the Social Events Board. He continues to support student-athletes as a career mentor for Columbia’s men’s and women’s rowing programs.

Christian St. Vil is a Registered Client Service Associate for The Goggin Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and joined Oppenheimer in 2024. He graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Finance, where he served as a board member of the school’s Investment Club and gained early experience in market research and portfolio evaluation.

Christian holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service, supporting the team’s daily operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Outside the office, he enjoys soccer, traveling, and fitness training.
