This is Oppenheimer’s fourth Sole-Bookrun Convertible Note Offering for WisdomTree in the last three years
Oppenheimer & Co. acted as the Sole Bookrunner for WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE:WT) on its $130,000,000 offering of 5.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2028. The proceeds of the transaction will be used to repurchase $115,000,000 principal amount of WisdomTree’s 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes due in 2023 as well as for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
