Next-Gen Peer-to-Peer Forum
Oppenheimer’s annual Next-Gen Peer-to-Peer Forum gives emerging leaders a place to connect, speak candidly, and learn directly from one another.
Now in its fifth year, the Forum recently brought approximately 60 Financial Advisors from across the country to New York City. Collectively, the participating advisors represent approximately $7.2 billion in client assets and $41 million in annual revenue.
The conversations are driven by the advisors themselves and focus on the decisions shaping their businesses and the future of wealth management. Topics include building scalable practices, developing effective teams, using artificial intelligence and other technologies to improve efficiency, differentiating investment advice, and preparing to meet the expectations of future generations of clients.
