CRS and Regulation Best Interest Delivery Through Investor Gateway Terms and Conditions

At your request Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. (“Oppenheimer”) has made its delivery of the Form CRS and Regulation Best Interest Disclosure (“Disclosures”) through the Firm’s Investor Gateway, available to you.  To begin the enrollment process, you must expressly review these terms and agree to this manner of delivery.  

To complete your registration to receive the Disclosures electronically, please read through this agreement and then click “I Confirm” where indicated on your screen.  

YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE DISCLOSURES, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, WILL BE EFFECTIVE THROUGH AND UNTIL OPPENHEIMER HAS RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST TO WITHDRAW OR THE TERMINATION OF YOUR OPPENHEIMER ACCOUNT.

Important Information About Electronic Delivery of Your Disclosures and Your Consent to Participate

Terms of Use

Any and all Disclosures delivered by Oppenheimer or its Service Provider through the Investor Gateway will constitute sufficient delivery and notice to you and all other account owners effective delivery to you of information contained in your Disclosure Documents whether or not you access or review the email notification, website, applicable email or specific Account Record; and shall be deemed to have been delivered to you personally, whether actually received or not.

You may request a paper copy of your Disclosures previously delivered through Electronic Delivery.   Oppenheimer reserves the right to charge a fee for such paper copies of Disclosures previously delivered to you. Requests for paper copies should be submitted to your Oppenheimer Financial Advisor. Submitting a request for a paper copy does not terminate your participation in eDelivery.

The Agreement as contained herein represents your participation in Electronic Delivery of the Disclosure Documents.  From time-to-time Oppenheimer may amend this agreement upon notice to you either in writing or by posting to Oppenheimer’s website. Use of eDelivery after such notification of change shall be deemed to be acceptance of such changes and your agreement to be bound by such changes. This Agreement is in addition to all other terms and conditions in agreements governing your accounts and relationship with Oppenheimer.

The Effect of Your Consent and Future Withdrawal of Consent

By clicking on "I confirm", you acknowledge and demonstrate that you can access and view the terms described above. You understand that you should contact us to report any problem with your enrollment. We recommend that you print this consent and retain it for future reference. Print from your browser by clicking File and choosing Print.  

We strive for limited downtime of the Investor Gateway, however, there are times when it is not available due to maintenance. Please be advised that these limited maintenance periods will affect your ability to view your documents online.
