Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as Co-Manager on atai Life Sciences’ $149.5MM Confidentially Marketed Public Offering
atai Life Sciences, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on transforming the treatment of mental health disorders, announced the pricing of a registered underwritten offering of 27,283,750 common shares, at a price of $5.48 per share.
atai intends to use the net proceeds of this offering, together with existing cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments, to advance the clinical development of its product candidates and programs, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
