Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as Joint Sales Agent on Capricor Therapeutics’ $150.0 Million ATM Offering
Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAPR) has entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement relating to the sale of shares of their common stock. In accordance with the terms of the Equity Distribution Agreement, Capricor may offer and sell shares of common stock from time to time through or to the Agents, with an aggregate offering of up to $150,000,000.
