Oppenheimer & Co. acted as the Sole Bookrunner for Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (NASDAQ:HRZN) on its $57,500,000 offering of 7.00% Senior Notes due 2028. Horizon intends to use the proceeds to repay its outstanding notes due 2026.
Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: HRZN) (“Horizon” or the “Company”) is an externally-managed business development company.
