The Wealth & Asset Management M&A team of Oppenheimer Europe are advising Collidr on its announced sale to Isio Group Limited
Isio Group Limited (“Isio”) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Collidr, a UK fintech and AI-driven technology and investment management company, pending FCA approval. Oppenheimer Europe Limited is acting as exclusive financial advisor to Collidr.
Following FCA approval, Collidr’s team will become part of Isio Investment Solutions. Combining Collidr's technology and investment strategies with Isio’s expertise and broad reach, the partnership will enable Isio to expand its managed portfolio service offering, providing innovative solutions for advisors and valuable benefits to clients of all sizes. The acquisition comes one year after Isio launched its managed portfolio service product.
