EquipmentShare.com Inc (Nasdaq: EQPT) (“EquipmentShare”), a leader in connected jobsite technology and one of the largest equipment rental providers in the United States, announced on January 23, 2026 that its Class A common stock has begun trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “EQPT.” The listing follows a decade of growth for the Missouri-based company.
