Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as Joint Bookrunner on Hagerty, Inc.'s (NYSE: HGTY) upsized follow-on offering, which generated approximately $127.1 million of gross proceeds following the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option. The transaction was initially launched at $100.0 million and increased to $110.5 million at pricing due to strong investor demand.
Hagerty, Inc. is a leading specialty insurance provider and automotive enthusiast platform serving customers across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The Company protects approximately 3.0 million vehicles through its specialty insurance offerings and complements its insurance business with membership services, auctions, media, marketplace offerings, and enthusiast-focused events. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, Hagerty operates one of the world's largest membership communities for automotive enthusiasts.
This transaction represents the second fully secondary follow-on offering Oppenheimer has supported for Hagerty.
