Ratings Advisor on Ecogreen Enerji Holding’s Debut Fitch Rating

Oppenheimer’s European Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce it has acted as Ratings Advisor to Ecogreen Enerji Holding A.S. (IST:ECOGR) on its debut credit rating from Fitch Ratings
Fitch assigned Ecogreen a first-time rating of B- (Stable Outlook), marking a significant milestone for the company as it prepares for access to international capital markets.
Ecogreen Enerji Holding A.S. is a pure-play renewable energy company listed on Borsa Istanbul, majority-owned by founder Osman Ugurlu. The company operates 36 power plants across solar, biomass and biogas, with 180 MW of installed capacity across 8 provinces in Western and Central Anatolia.
