Founded in 2004, and headquartered in Oklahoma, First Trinity Financial Corporation (“First Trinity” or the “Company”) is an agent-focused, life and annuity insurance company, with a growing mortgage investment franchise, focused on underserved clients. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company had total revenues of $65.6 million, net income of $6.2 million, with total assets of $665.9 million and shareholders’ equity of $51.7 million as of December 31, 2022.
Brickell L&A Holdings LLC is a portfolio company of Brickell Insurance Group of companies. The Brickell Insurance Group brings to First Trinity through its affiliate 777 Partners LLC, asset management and access to asset classes that will enhance the value First Trinity is able to provide to policyholders.
