Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Founder Shield on its sale to BRP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRP)
On August 2, 2021, BRP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRP) (“BRP Group”) completed its previously announced acquisition by Millennial Specialty Insurance, LLC (“MSI”), an indirect subsidiary of BRP Group, of substantially all the assets of FounderShield LLC, AlphaRoot LLC, ReShield LLC and Scale Underwriting Services LLC (collectively, “Founder Shield” or the “Company”).
Founder Shield is a specialty focused digital broker established in 2012 by Benji Markoff and Carl Niedbala.
